A Coach
Each participant receives 1:1 coaching on a weekly basis from our qualified coaching team. You will be working from your own personalized manual containing workouts and diet suggestions designed just for you.
Evaluations
Your power, strength, and flexibility will be evaluated at the beginning and end of this program.
Group Training
Say goodbye to TV-as-training buddy, and hello to a community of like-minded friends to train with. Each week you’ll have the opportunity to train in two coached sessions, and the traditional bikeline fun-ride on Thursdays. Yoga-for-bike riders targets the hips, neck, and shoulders and is also included once per week!
Nutrition Education and Diet Plan
Three Nutrition workshops given by our sports R.D., and weekly personal diet review give you the leading edge for riding lighter, and stronger in 2012!
Strength Workshops
Don’t worry. We won’t just write you a workout and not show you how to do it! Learn your routine hands-on, receiving coaching on form and modifications!
